Anthony Shallal focuses his practice on business and real estate transactions, licensing, and land use matters for owners and operators across Michigan. He represents clients in on-premises liquor licensing for restaurants and hotels and off-premises beer, wine, and liquor licensing for convenience stores, gas stations, liquor stores, grocery stores, and specialty markets. He also handles appeals in MLCC-related matters to the Circuit Court and the Michigan Court of Appeals.
Anthony also handles commercial and investment real estate purchases and sales, including seller-financed transactions, and regularly guides clients through planning and zoning applications and other municipal approval processes.
